We marry EVERYONE and offer quick no hassle Sign only ceremonies, our Signature Sign and Go style, elopements, small ceremonies, and venues. We believe marriage is love between 2 adults and perform ceremonies based on this simple but true premise.

Can we just get married Today?

So long as you have a valid South Carolina marriage license you can call us for availability and scheduling. 

Do you offer premarital counseling services?

Yes we offer Pastoral based/christian counseling services to all couples. Please ask us about setting up a session. (Must be in a 5 mile radius of Irmo. Subject to availability. All counseling requires an appointment)

How far in advance do we need to book your services?

We recommend booking our services at least 90 days in advance to ensure availability for your desired wedding date. However, this is a guideline only and we are always pleased to check any date that you have in mind. Also we are always happy to fulfill last minute elopements and simple marriage license signings! 

Do you marry same sex couples?

Yes! We are happy to marry anyone with a valid South Carolina marriage license! We adore doing LGBTQ+ ceremonies and treat every couple we meet as family🏳️‍🌈

Is a Deposit required?

 In order to maintain accurate avalibility dates for our couples we require payment of your ceremony at time of reservation. We accept all bank debit cards and all major credit cards. Now offering Venmo. Please note: Generally, deposits are not refundable. We will work with you through unforseen circumstances that we deem appropriate. Thank you!

How do we obtain a Marriage license?

You may apply online in some counties or appear in person at the marriage probate court. The fee for Richland county is $45 and the fee in Lexington county is $30. You may apply for a license in ANY county regardless of residency. 

Do we need a notary?

In South Carolina a notary IS NOT required! even the marriage license has no place for a notarization of any type. Clergy are mentioned first in the South Carolina statutes as those who may perform a wedding ceremony. If you have any questions about this law please let us know!

Do you offer commitment ceremonies?

Yes! We are pleased to offer commitment ceremonies to those couples who desire to express their love for each other without a traditional wedding service.

To our perspective couples:

At this time last year we received several bogus and scam type inquiries, that being said we had to implement some pretty stringent procedures. This is to ensure that we received legitimate inquiries and we do not consume our time and calling and contacting people that have no true interest or who are simply trying to scam us. Therefore we will implement those same policies again where if anything appears to be a scam it will be reported to our local law enforcement who have a special division for tracking down this type of activity. We value all of our clients and we will do and take necessary and prudent steps to prevent these types of things from occurring, one of those steps is to speak to every single client and not to conduct business solely by text. We will continue also to verify each and every marriage license with the court and have a database to do precisely that. Any questions about these procedures may be directed to myself.
